Uplifting people from poverty and promote sustainable urban development by improving the standards of sanitation and overall welfare of the residents of Kampala Slums through education, work-related demonstrations and enterprise opportunities.
Mission
To stimulate a sense of insight and to look into all aspects of life, effect and influence policies with an aim to give second opportunity to the vulnerable groups around them like the orphans, youths, widows, elderly, disabled and improve the well-being of mankind and the environment.

KEEP UP WITH THE COMMUNITY
Twekembe Slum Project is a charity/not for profit, community based
organisation located in central Kampala. Since 2009, it has
empowered children, young people, women and families affected by
HIV/AIDS and poverty.
